What is RGL8R?

RGL8R is a compliance operating system for commerce. Today the live product centers on two modules:

  • SHIP for freight-audit findings, dispute workflow, claim packets, and credit tracking.
  • TRADE for HS classification, SIMA screening, landed-cost estimation, and obligation workflows.

Who is it for?

RGL8R fits teams that need operational evidence and workflow around compliance decisions, not just static reference data. Typical users are operations, trade-compliance, finance, logistics, and product-data teams.

How do I get started?

Start with /docs/get-started. Self-serve onboarding is available for supported Sandbox and Professional use cases when the app onboarding flow is open. Assisted onboarding remains available for Enterprise and blocked signup sessions.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No for Sandbox. Free Sandbox signup does not require a card at account creation. Payment-method capture is part of paid billing setup and upgrade flow.

How does pricing work?

RGL8R supports Sandbox, Professional, and Enterprise tiers. Commercial terms live on rgl8r.com/pricing , and tenant-specific limits and rates are visible in the billing dashboard. See /docs/get-started/plans-and-billing.

What file formats do you support?

Live flows support a mix of CSV, Excel, and PDF depending on the workflow:

  • TRADE uploads: CSV and Excel catalog-style files.
  • SHIP uploads: shipment and audit datasets, plus carrier agreement imports.
  • Some evidence and regulatory workflows also surface PDF-based artifacts.

What is self-serve versus assisted onboarding?

Self-serve covers the standard signup, email verification, tenant provisioning, and first-user setup flow. Assisted onboarding is used when:

  • you need an Enterprise deployment,
  • signup lands in manual review,
  • you want managed rollout support,
  • or your team needs a coordinated first-production launch.

What does Regulatory Intelligence mean in RGL8R?

It means RGL8R monitors reference sources, turns changes into reviewable events and proposals, and applies approved updates through a human-reviewed workflow. It improves freshness and evidence quality. It does not replace human or legal review.

No. RGL8R provides workflow, evidence, and decision-support tooling. Final import, export, customs, tax, and legal responsibility stays with the customer.

Where do I manage billing, modules, and integration keys?

In the app settings area:

  • Billing: Settings -> Billing
  • Integration Keys: Settings -> Integration Keys
  • Modules: Settings -> Modules

Troubleshooting

I signed in and hit an onboarding error

Check that your user has accepted the organization invite and that your tenant is fully provisioned. If self-serve provisioning landed in manual review, contact support.

My upload completed but I do not see results yet

RGL8R uses async processing for several workflows. Check the jobs view first, then the module-specific result page.

An integration key stopped working

The most common causes are revocation, expiration, or missing scopes. Rotate or recreate the key and verify the client is exchanging it for a new bearer token.
