Get Started

RGL8R supports a hybrid onboarding model:

  • Self-serve for supported Sandbox and Professional onboarding.
  • Assisted for Enterprise, manual-review cases, and coordinated go-live support.

Evaluate SHIP

If you are here to evaluate freight-audit recovery, this is the fastest path:

  1. SHIP Quick Start — upload a carrier file and see your first findings in minutes.
  2. SHIP Guide — understand the full dispute-to-credit workflow.
  3. SHIP FAQ — common questions about carriers, file formats, and pricing.

Already evaluating? Jump to app.rgl8r.com/onboarding  to start a Sandbox.

Default path

  1. Create a signup session and verify email.
  2. Provision your tenant and accept the organization invite.
  3. Choose the modules you want active.
  4. Validate your first SHIP or TRADE workflow.
  5. Configure billing and integration keys if you are moving into sustained use.

When self-serve onboarding is open, start in the app at app.rgl8r.com/onboarding . If the flow is unavailable, use assisted onboarding through rgl8r.com/contact .

What to decide before you start

  • Which modules you need now: SHIP, TRADE, or both.
  • Who will be the initial tenant admins.
  • Whether you need only app usage or API access too.
  • Whether you are evaluating in Sandbox or planning a paid rollout.

First validation checklist

SHIP

  • Use /freight-audit/upload for UPS 2.1 exports or files with unfamiliar/custom columns.
  • Use /freight-audit for known-good canonical or FedEx-style CSVs.
  • Review findings in /ship/audit.
  • Confirm the dispute and claims workflow matches your operating model.

TRADE

  • Run a small classification or landed-cost test.
  • Upload a sample catalog file.
  • Review SIMA and compliance outcomes before broader rollout.
